1. Service description

Alama lets businesses (for example salons, clinics, or other organizations) manage appointments from a dashboard and/or via WhatsApp Business. Each organization has its own environment and, where applicable, its own WhatsApp Business number connected through Meta’s platform.

2. Roles

3. Access and accounts

Dashboard access uses credentials issued or created as part of the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for actions taken with your account. You must notify us if you detect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

5. Availability

We provide the service with reasonable diligence (“best efforts”). Alama may be at an early product stage (MVP) and may experience interruptions, errors, or feature changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of defects.

6. WhatsApp and Meta

WhatsApp messaging depends on Meta’s infrastructure and policies. The provider does not control WhatsApp availability or Meta’s decisions about accounts, templates, or phone numbers. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s terms.

7. Intellectual property

The software, the Alama brand, the design, and the provider’s own content belong to MURELEC 2018 SL or its licensors. No license is granted beyond what is needed to use the service under these terms. Data you enter in the course of your business remains your responsibility and, where applicable, that of your organization.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Spanish law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or interruptions arising from use or inability to use the service, nor for incidents attributable to Meta, hosting providers, or misuse on your part. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example willful misconduct or gross negligence, where applicable).

9. Privacy and deletion

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. To request data deletion, see data deletion.

We may amend these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new revision date.
